Use of Services

Our services are intended for use by individuals and organizations looking to rent football turf for events and activities in Shillong. By using our services, including online booking, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Online Booking

Our online booking system is designed to make it easy for you to reserve a football turf field. When you make a reservation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions of the field, including the rental period, price, and any additional fees or charges. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during the booking process is accurate and complete.

Payment

All payments for rentals must be made in advance, either online or through other agreed upon methods. If you fail to make a payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and charge a cancellation fee.

Cancellation and Refunds

In case of CANCELLATION, please call/text within 24 hours before the Match Time. However, failing to satisfy the cancellation policy, customers are liable to pay the full amount.

Use of Fields

Our football turf fields are to be used for football-related activities only. Any damage caused to the field due to misuse will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.

Liability

4ForAll shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of our services, including online booking. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.

Rules & Regulations

At 4ForAll, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we have established the following rules and regulations.

Number of Players

A match is played by two teams, with a maximum of five players each, one of whom must be the goalkeeper. For the match to start or resume, a team must have at least three players.

Substitutes

Each team is allowed up to three substitutes with rolling substitutions.

Equipment and Attire

Players are prohibited from using or wearing any equipment or item that may be dangerous. Proper kits such as jerseys/bibs, shorts, socks, and turf boots/futsal boots/football boots are mandatory.

Game Timing

Each half of the match is played for 20 minutes, with a 5-minute interval break. Players should arrive at the field at least 30 minutes before their allotted slot and should be ready to play 5 minutes before the countdown.

Referees

There will be no referee at the ground, but teams can manage their own referees.

Code of Conduct

Players and spectators are expected to follow the code of conduct set by 4ForAll, which includes respecting fellow players and officials, playing fair, and not engaging in violent or aggressive behavior.

Liability

4ForAll will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the use of its facilities. Players and teams are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being.
